3. Orders & Payments
Confirmed orders require a formal invoice. Payment terms are agreed contractually and may include advance, LC, or mutually accepted methods.
4. Quality & Inspection
Products undergo quality checks before dispatch. Any claim must be supported by inspection documentation within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Liability
Twin Roots International shall not be liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, force majeure events, or regulatory changes.
6. Governing Law
